Leave others to struggle with “First Class Crunch.” With demand increasing and supplies shrinking, a coveted upgrade to first class is getting harder. We'd like to offer our assessment of that situation- maybe not! Upgrade your surroundings with the stylish Compass Cabin. It provides an attractive, affordable, and very flexible solution to many space needs including Guest Quarters, Home Office, Pool House, Studio, Concessionary, Cabin and many others.
We are pleased to offer the Compass Cabin for your consideration. Available in standard configurations, the Compass Cabin may be customized in countless ways to meet your needs. Clearly, an outstanding example of style, function, and craftsmanship that will appeal to discerning tastes and your sense of practicality. Starting with a standard gable-roofed cabin, this charming structure has an 8'x 3' added wing that provides an interesting expansion to the standard footprint. Featuring rough-sawn Fir siding and framing, a solid cedar door, two glass non-opening windows with cedar shutters and window boxes, and a galvanized steel roof. The standard floor is either PT or T&G ¾-inch plywood. The building may also be assembled directly over a concrete pad, or the floor covering upgraded with select hardwoods. The interior and flooring may also optionally be finished in English Oak, American Hickory, Cedar, or a wide choice of other fine select hardwoods, vinyl or ceramic tile coverings.
You will certainly enjoy a sense of spaciousness, elegance, and unparalleled personal comfort in the Compass Cabin. It comes pre-wired for lighting, and optionally it can also be insulated and completed for year-round use.
The structure should be located and assembled as prescribed by local codes.
Supplied as wall and roof panels, the assembly of a Compass Cabin is of moderate difficulty, but can be completed by two persons with some carpentry skills in a weekend or in about twenty-four hours. Additional utility installation and finishing are also available at extra cost.
Too busy? Service is available for site preparation, assembly, and installation on your lot! Installation of utilities is available at extra cost. Call CSP - we're here to help.
