The Clubhouse includes two functional pop-out window walls that can be positioned on any wall of your choice so you can customize the Clubhouse to suit your needs. It has a unique front Slide away porch window that acts as a great pass through opening great for entertaining or perfect as your outside bar. Your friends will say “hou là!” (“Wow!”).
It is an attractive and useful structure with a multitude of practical uses. Its natural beauty and strength come from beautiful aromatic Western Red Cedar.
Framing is 2” x 3” SPF with double gusseted trusses. The building is shipped as a set of panels for the roof, floor, and walls. The knock-down panels are ready to be screwed together - no cutting required. A cedar floor and all hardware are included. Window and doors are already installed in the wall panels. The roof comes with cedar shingles already attached and provides a one foot overhang. Assembly is easy as 1-2-3 . The unit can be assembled by two people in one afternoon.
